NOTE ON USAGE 用法:
The two pairs of synonyms appear/seem and happen/chance are intransitive verbs and are not generally used in the continuous tenses. *appear/seem和happen/chance 这两对同义词都是不及物动词, 一般不用於进行时态. They are commonly used in these two patterns 这四个词通常用於以下两种句型: 用法:
